Gulpify ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our mobile application ("Gulpify" or the "App").

Data We Collect

Gulpify is designed with privacy at its core. Here's what we collect:

Account data: Email address and name (only if you create an account for cloud sync)
Supplement data: The supplements you track, schedules, and intake logs
Device data: Device type, OS version, and timezone (for reminders)
Usage data: App opens and feature usage (anonymized, no personal identifiers)

Data Storage

Your supplement data is stored locally on your device using WatermelonDB (SQLite). If you opt into cloud sync by creating an account, your data is encrypted in transit and stored on MongoDB Atlas servers. You can use Gulpify without creating an account — all core features work offline.

What We Don't Do

We do not sell your data to third parties
We do not show advertisements
We do not share your health data with insurers, employers, or any third party
We do not use your data for profiling or targeted advertising

Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access all data we hold about you
Export your data at any time
Delete your account and all associated data permanently
Use the app without creating an account

Account deletion is available in-app under Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently removes all your data from our servers within 30 days.

Analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the app is used. This data is anonymized and aggregated — we cannot identify individual users from analytics data. No cookies are used. We do not use Google Analytics or any invasive tracking tools.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email if you have an account. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
